Return And Repair Policy

RETURN POLICY

ZekeStringer takes pride in their quality and craftsmanship. In the event you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it  for a credit or exchange within 30 days of ship date minus the shipping.

Please email customerservice@zekestringerusa.com for a return authorization and return address information.

  • Return Authorization (RA) form must be included inside the box.
  • RA Number (RA#) needs to be printed and visible on the outside of the box.
  • ZekeStringer is not responsible for damage to returned merchandise due to inadequate packaging.
  • We recommend that you ship with an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Parcel Post. ZekeStringer is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • We do not accept returns on any customized or sale items. These items are final sales.

REPAIR POLICY

If your jewelry is in need of repair due to a flaw or defect in workmanship ZekeStringer will be happy to repair the item at no charge within 60 days of purchase.  We  will sometimes use vintage materials and or stones. Due to the nature of these products, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair these items.

If the same product is not available and the item cannot be repaired, an item of equal value will be offered or a merchandise credit will be issued.  For more extensive repairs additional fees based on labor and cost of materials may apply.

All repairs are subject to shipping charges.

We will repair any jewelry design purchased through zekestringerusa.com.

To request a repair for common  issues such as missing stones or broken clasp, please email (customeservice@zekestringerusa.com) in order to receive a return authorization.

ZekeStringer will assess the repair and provide authorization along with return instructions. Please note that repair authorization is issued on a case by case basis.

Less than 6 months after purchase is FREE. More than 6 months is subject to a repair fee. For more extensive repairs additional fees based on labor and cost of materials may apply. 

Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. You may also contact customerservice@zekestringerusa.com.
